- Significant experience in high reliability product design including Defence, Space and Aerospace.
- Electronic circuit design (analog, digital and mixed signal design), layout, packaging design, circuit simulation, mechanical housing design and thermal management.
- A cross functional team approach including failure mode effect analysis (FMEA).
- Electronic component and material selection for high reliability applications including special aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys and titanium fasteners for robust mechanical housing design.
- The design of bespoke test solutions including test jigs and fixtures for environmental screening and product qualification.
